The Eco Terraces condominium is built by the eco design with beautiful greenery and landscaping. The development used only 30% at the base of a hill and developed land more for landscaping rather than for build-up elements, it is an excellent haven from the hustle and bustle of the city. Eco Terraces is strategically located in the heart of Penang Island amidst rolling hills, it is accessible via Lebuh Bukit Jambul, Persiaran Bukit Jambul and Jalan Tun Dr Awang. Eco Terraces is surrounded by famous Kek Lok Si Temple, Penang Hill and several public schools such as Fairview International School, INTI International College, USM, SK Seri Indah and SMK Air Itam. Queensbay Mall, Gurney Paragon Mall, First Avenue and Hospital Lam Wah Ee are also nearby. Eco Terraces has provided a lot of facilities for residents which spread across several zones. Gymnasium, aqua gym, wading pool, swimming pool, floating bed, Jacuzzi and sun deck are in the Mesa section which just beside the condominium. Furthermore, there are spice and herb gardens, two eco ponds and meditation deck in the Trail area for resident to have a place to relax. The Commune section is an area for entertainment which includes karaoke lounge, multi-purpose function hall, gourmet kitchen, table tennis, golf simulation room, mini theatre, BBQ deck and also Children’s playground. Other than that, there are landscaped gardens, picnic lawn, gazebo and putting green in the Lawn area. Of course the multi-tier security system is also provided exclusively for the residents.
This freehold residential development is a 33-storey building laid out in a V shape which covering 12.79 acre of land. It carries a total 333 units of residential units which have built up ranging between 1,095 sq ft to 2,008 sq ft. Each floor has 14 units with 4 difference types of layouts where Type A is the smallest unit and Type D is the largest unit. Type A and Type B units come with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, while Type C and Type D units come with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Type B units come with 1,366 sq ft are slightly larger than Type A units. Type C are dual-key corner units come with 1,520 sq ft, one of its bedrooms which attached with a bathroom can be separated and turned into a standalone studio unit. The type D duplexes are two-level units having most spacious double volume ceiling with a vast window which come with an additional powder room.

The selling price varies from RM900,000 onwards where average cost RM850 to RM1,000 per sq ft with expected RM 1000 to RM 2000 differences between the same unit for every rising floors. The maintenance fee was set at RM0.35 per sq ft and each unit comes with two covered car park bays. According to the report, the take up rate for this luxury high rise condominium was around 70% since Q4 of 2015.
